Engagement Portrait – Ryan & Sarah

I’ll be photographing Ryan and Sarah’s wedding in October and spent a couple hours with them yesterday to shoot some engagement portraits. Ryan and Sarah are a fun couple and since they’ve been relying on Amtrak every time they want to see each other (Ryan’s living in Chicago, Sarah’s in Kalamazoo), they wanted some shots at the train station for their save-the-date. We had a fun time with it and I’m looking forward to their wedding!

College Basketball – Kalamazoo College vs. Albion (women)

I was back at Kalamazoo College yesterday to photograph the women’s basketball team against Albion College. Albion won the game 61-42, but on a brighter note, senior forward Nyemade Cooper (below) was recognized for scoring her 1,000th point as a Hornet.

College Basketball – Olivet vs. St. Mary’s (women)

I had the chance to photograph the Olivet College women’s basketball team as they took on St. Mary’s over the weekend. It was an exciting game at the end, with Olivet needing a 3-pointer in the last seconds to tie, but they didn’t get it. St. Mary’s won the game 61-58.

College Basketball – Kalamazoo College vs Adrian (women)

I shot Kalamazoo College taking on Adrian College last night. The Hornets came back in the second half to tie the game and force overtime, but their luck ended there as Adrian won 70-60.
